Merrin Torpy (She/her)
Speech Pathologist | Singing teacher
Merrin is a queer, cis speech pathologist with a background in music and a neuroaffirming approach. She supports people who stutter and works with neurodivergent and gender-diverse clients in a way that’s creative, inclusive, and empowering.

Sandra Bartlett (she/her)
Clinical psychology Registrar
Sandra (she/her) is a Clinical Psychology Registrar with a Graduate Certificate in Grief, Loss and Trauma Counselling. A neurodivergent, cisgender queer woman, she is dedicated to helping clients heal from internalised oppression and shame. Trained in EMDR, Imagery Rescripting, DBT, and Trauma-Informed Neurodiversity Affirming Therapy, she focuses on the intersections of trauma, attachment, and neurodivergence. Her client-led, informed-consent approach offers a safe, affirming space to explore identity, gender, and self-acceptance.

Brittany Fong (she/her)
Speech Pathologist
Brittany is a multilingual speech pathologist fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, Portuguese, Spanish, and conversational in Auslan (Australian Sign Language). She supports clients to achieve their communication goals in ways that strengthen identity and connection. Her interests include social skills, bilingual development, and mental health-informed care.

Anna Stephens
Speech Pathologist | singing teacher
Anna (she/her) is a Speech Pathologist and opera singer with a Master of Speech and Language Pathology from the University of Sydney and a background in vocal pedagogy from the Queensland Conservatorium of Music, passionate about helping others find healthy, sustainable voices that reflect their identity, while also maintaining a keen interest in adult stroke rehabilitation and spending her spare time rock climbing, reading sci-fi, creating art, and patting greyhounds.

Darcy Long
Speech Pathologist
Darcy (he/him) is a highly motivated Speech Pathologist based in Melbourne/Naarm and part of Victoria University’s first cohort to graduate with a Bachelor of Speech and Language Science and a Master of Speech Pathology. His passions centre around supporting individuals and their families in managing speech, language, swallowing, and voice, with particular interests in dysphagia, neurological disorders, and providing gender-affirming care. In his spare time, Darcy enjoys exploring new restaurants with friends and spending time down the coast with family, relaxing at the beach.

Imogen Dean
Speech Pathologist
Imogen (she/her) is a Speech Pathologist and former classical singer based in Hong Kong, where she runs her own clinic celebrating culture, gender identity, and neurodiversity. A proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community, she has written a picture book to help parents track speech sound development, enjoys voice acting, and lives by the motto “Life is for living,” finding joy in travel, cooking, snowboarding, and fostering cats.

Lydia Huston
Speech Pathologist
Lydia is a Speech Pathologist who graduated from the University of Ulster in 2020 and has experience across diverse healthcare settings. She specialises in supporting adults and adolescents with swallowing and communication disorders, including those with neurological and developmental conditions. A registered LSVT clinician, her research explored vocal function exercises for transfemme voice brightening. Lydia’s practice is collaborative and person-centred, and she enjoys playing camogie in her spare time.
